Municipal Lien Certificate Request

  1. The cost for all residential and commercial Municipal Lien Certificates is $25.00.

  5. MLC requests are processed within 10 business days of receipt, so please plan your closings accordingly. Once an MLC request has been received by this office and the deposit of the fee has been made, there will be no refund for cancellation of request.

  8. Checks must be made out to the City of Framingham.
    Please include a printed copy of the MLC you submitted online with the check or reference the parcel ID on the check when mailing in your payment.
    If you want to pay in Cash please come in to the office.
