[ARCHIVED] Volunteers are needed to decorate Veteran’s Grave with flags for Memorial Day 2015.

Each year Framingham Veterans Services mark the graves of US Veterans with an American Flag. This year 4,500 flags will be placed in Framingham’s cemeteries by volunteers. On Saturday, May 16th from 9:00-12:00, volunteers are needed to help place 2,500 flags in Edgell Grove Cemetery. Edgell Grove is a Historical Landmark because of its unique design. As a result of the design we need a lot of youth with enthusiasm and boundless energy to tackle this large Cemetery.

Please come and join us as we salute our veterans this Memorial Day, 2015. Flags are handed out at the Cemetery's Director's Office.

May 23th is the rain date. If you are interested volunteering please join us at Edgell Grove. If you have questions please call Framingham Veteran Service 508-532-5515.
