Mayor Sisitsky Announces Free Parking to Support Holiday Shopping Season

FRAMINGHAM - Mayor Charlie Sisitsky has ordered that on-street parking meters be free in designated areas of the city to support residents and visitors during the holiday shopping season.

Parking meters will be free on Concord Street, Hollis Street, and Union Avenue through January 2, 2026.

“Free parking during the holidays is a simple way we can support our local businesses and make shopping in Framingham more convenient for everyone,” said Mayor Sisitsky.

This is the third consecutive year the Mayor has waived parking meters during the holiday season in downtown Framingham.

Motorists are reminded to continue observing all posted parking regulations, including time limits, fire lanes, and accessibility requirements, where applicable.
