City of Framingham Community Development Department Holding Public Hearing on Seabra HUD Loan Application


FRAMINGHAM - The City of Framingham’s Community Development Department will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 7 p.m. via Zoom to present its 2025 HUD Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) and provide an overview of Seabra’s Section 108 loan draft application.

The CAPER details how the City allocated and expended its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds over the past year, highlighting progress made and challenges encountered in addressing community priorities.

Following the hearing, a 15-day public comment period will open on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, and close on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

Residents are encouraged to review the draft report and provide feedback.
