[ARCHIVED] Sock Hop for Homeless Veterans, 5 August 2016

sock hop flyer 2016.jpg

New, white, cotton socks are needed for homeless veterans. The Framingham Medical Reserve Corps and Public Health Nurse are volunteering at the annual VA “STAND DOWN” for homeless veterans. They will be providing much needed foot care to homeless veterans and handing out new white cotton socks at the VA's Stand Down on 30 September.

Please come and enjoy the Rock and Roll music of the Unfinished Business at the last Concert on the Green for the 2016 Concert season and please support local veterans by bringing a donation of white cotton socks.

Socks can also be dropped off at the Veterans Service (Rm B11) in the Memorial Building through 16 September 2016.

Hope to see you at the concert and thank you for your support!
