Mayor Sisitsky to Deliver 2026 State of the City Address on Thursday, January 29


 

FRAMINGHAM - Due to the snowstorm, Mayor Charlie Sisitsky now will deliver his fifth State of the City address, and the first of his second term, on Thursday, January 29, 2026. 

 

The address will air at 7 p.m. on The Government Channel.

 

Mayor Sisitsky was sworn in on January 1, 2026, becoming the City of Framingham’s first two-term Mayor. 

 

During the State of the City address, the Mayor will reflect on key accomplishments from his first term and share his vision, priorities, and plans for the City during his second term.

 

The State of the City address will be pre-recorded and broadcast live on The Government Channel. There will be no in-person event.

 

Residents are encouraged to tune in to learn more about the City’s progress and the Mayor’s goals for the future of Framingham.


In the case of inclement weather, the State of the City address will be postponed to Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 7 p.m.
