Framingham DPW to Collect Live Christmas Trees Curbside in January

 

FRAMINGHAM –The City of Framingham Department of Public Works (DPW) will collect live Christmas trees curbside on residents’ regularly scheduled trash and recycling day during the week of January 11, 2026.

This collection is for organic/live trees only.

Please remove all lights, tinsel, ornaments, and decorations before placing your tree at the curb.

Artificial trees are not eligible for curbside collection. They may be disposed of at the Recycling Drop-Off Center or through the City’s bulky item collection program. A soft goods bulky item fee applies for the disposal of artificial trees.

Bulky item collections must be scheduled through the City of Framingham’s OpenGov platform at:
