6th Annual City of Framingham Spooktacular on Tuesday, October 21

FRAMINGHAM - The City of Framingham’s 6th Annual Spooktacular event takes place this month.

This family-friendly Halloween celebration will take place on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 150 Concord Street.

Families are invited to come dressed in their favorite costumes and enjoy an evening of trick-or-treating, activities, and lots of candy.

Event Highlights:

  • Office Trick-or-Treating: Explore City Hall as various departments decorate their offices and hand out treats to children. It’s a fun way for families to engage with city staff in a festive setting.
  • Nevins Hall Activities: Inside City Hall’s Nevins Hall, families can participate in various activities hosted by departments not based in the Memorial Building, meet local legislative representatives at their booths, enjoy music by DJ Jesse, and snack on complimentary popcorn.
  • Bookmobile: The Framingham Public Library Bookmobile will be stationed outside City Hall, providing an extra attraction for families to explore.
