Framingham Community Preservation Committee Holding Public Hearing on March 24
FRAMINGHAM - The City of Framingham Community Preservation Committee (CPC) will hold a public hearing on March 24, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the Blumer Room on the lower level of the Memorial Building, located at 150 Concord Street.
This hearing is in accordance with Article 1, Section 32.3.6 of the Framingham Ordinances.
The purpose of the hearing is to conduct a final review and vote on the proposed project recommendations for funding for fiscal year 2025.
The CPC will recommend which projects should receive funding and the corresponding amounts to the Framingham City Council.

Projects being considered for funding include:
- CPA25-002: JFS of MetroWest Rental Subsidies Initiative 2025
- CPA25-003: Carlson Crossing East - Accessible Units
- CPA25-007: Splash Pad at Cushing Park
- CPA25-009: Carol Getchell Nature Trail Middle Section
- CPA25-011: Framingham History Center - Edgell Memorial Library Woodwork Restoration
- CPA25-012: Framingham History Center - Academy Building Fire Alarm
- CPA25-014: Creating and Improving Recreational Opportunities on Framingham Trails
The application submissions for the above projects are available for public review at the office of Heather O'Donnell, Community Preservation Coordinator, located in Room 205 of the Memorial Building.
