Framingham 325th Celebration Committee Announce Juried Photography Exhibition
FRAMINGHAM - As part of the City’s 325th Anniversary Celebration, the City of Framingham and the Framingham 325th Celebration Committee invite photographers to participate in a special Juried Photography Exhibition celebrating the people, places, and perspectives that define “Framingham.”
This exhibition will showcase original photographic works that creatively interpret the theme of “Framingham” through diverse artistic lenses. The City welcomes submissions that capture the unique spirit, culture, and community that make Framingham home.
Eligibility:
This call for entries is open to photographers who live or work in Framingham, are students in Framingham, or have another meaningful connection to the City. Photographers must be high school age or older. All photographs must be original works of art, and the submitting artist must own the rights to each image.
Submission Guidelines:
Artists may submit up to three works for consideration. Each submission must include the artist’s name, title of the work, medium (e.g., archival inkjet print, silver gelatin print, cyanotype, etc.), date of the work, and framed dimensions.
Timeline:
- Submission Deadline:Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
- Notification of Acceptance: Week of December 14, 2025
- Delivery of Accepted Works: By January 5, 2026, at 5 p.m.
All accepted works must be framed, exhibition-ready, and equipped for hanging at the time of delivery. Works that are not ready to hang will not be included in the exhibition.
