Framingham 325th Committee Presents First-Ever Framingham Day – Saturday, October 4, 2025

FRAMINGHAM, MA – The Framingham 325th Committee will present the first-ever Framingham Day on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at the Framingham Centre Common from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This free, family-friendly event is the signature celebration from the Framingham 325th Committee, co-chaired by Susan Scully Petroni and Anna Tucker.

“Framingham Day is a wonderful way to honor our city and its residents. Events like this bring us together, support local businesses, and showcase the vibrancy of our community. I encourage everyone to come out, enjoy the day, and experience all the things that make Framingham a great place to live, work, and play,” said Mayor Charlie Sisitsky.

Courtney Suncar and Eileen Davis, committee members and co-chairs of Framingham FEST, said, “We are so excited to see the community come together for this first Framingham Day. From live performances to the time capsule ceremony, this event is packed with activities for every age and interest. It’s going to be a day to remember.”

“This event is all about celebrating everything that makes Framingham so special – our community, our schools, our businesses, and our local culture. We are thrilled to bring together residents of all ages for a day filled with fun, entertainment, and community pride. Framingham Day is an opportunity to highlight the city’s rich history while also looking forward to the future with excitement and creativity," said Scully Petroni.

“Framingham has a story worth celebrating. From our historic roots to the thriving community today, Framingham Day captures the spirit of our city. It’s exciting to see residents of all ages come together to enjoy music, entertainment, and activities while honoring our shared history,” said Anna Tucker, executive director of the Framingham History Center and 325th Committee co-chair.
