August 10 is Framingham Day at the WooSox

FRAMINGHAM - The City of Framingham is teaming up with the Worcester Red Sox to host Framingham Day at Polar Park on Sunday, August 10, 2025, as the WooSox take on the Buffalo Bisons. The first pitch is scheduled for 1:05 p.m.

Framingham residents are invited to join in a day of baseball, community pride, and family fun. The event will highlight Framingham throughout the game, with special recognitions, pre-game ceremonies, and opportunities for residents to take part in on-field activities.

As part of the festivities, Keep Framingham Beautiful co-chairs Michael Croci and Debra Caplan will take the mound to throw the ceremonial first pitch.

A portion of all ticket sales purchased through the QR code found on the City’s promotional flyers will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest, supporting programs for local youth.

“This event is a wonderful way to celebrate Framingham and bring our community together,” said Mayor Charlie Sisitsky.
