City of Framingham Announces 2025 Friday Night Concert Series – Now in Parks Across the City
FRAMINGHAM – The City of Framingham is excited to announce the return of its beloved Friday Night Concert Series, running from July 11 through August 22, 2025, with a brand-new twist: this year, the music is going mobile! The 2025 series will travel to different parks throughout the City, bringing live music to residents in every corner of Framingham.
"This summer, we're taking the show on the road — literally," said Mayor Charlie Sisitsky. "By bringing the concert series to different neighborhoods, we’re making music more accessible and inclusive for everyone. It’s a great way to showcase the diversity of our City’s parks and come together as a community through the joy of live music."
Each concert will take place on Friday evenings from 6 to 8 p.m., offering a vibrant lineup of musical acts ranging from rock and pop to funk, country, and alternative. Residents are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair, pack a picnic, and enjoy an evening of free entertainment in Framingham’s scenic outdoor spaces.
The official first concert is the City’s special Stars & Stripes celebration on Friday, June 27 at Farm Pond Park, featuring performances by Larry Bee & the Buzz and the U.S. Navy Band Northeast, food trucks, and a fireworks show to light up the night.
There will be no concert on July 4, allowing families to enjoy their own Independence Day festivities.
Weather-related cancellations will be announced by 3 p.m. on the City’s Website, Facebook, and Instagram.
