City of Framingham Municipal Offices Closed Thanksgiving & Friday, November 29

 

 

FRAMINGHAM – City of Framingham municipal offices will be closed on Thursday, November 28, in observation of Thanksgiving. 

Municipal offices also will be closed on Friday, November 29.

Municipal offices include the Memorial Building (City Hall), the Callahan Center, Parks & Recreation Offices, and the Framingham Public Libraries.

Curbside trash & recycling will not take place on Thanksgiving. 

If your normal trash collection day is Thursday, DPW crews will pick it up on Friday. If your normal trash collection day is Friday, your collection will be on Saturday.

The yard waste facility and recycling center will be closed on Thursday and Friday.

Please be advised that the annual Turkey Trot 5K road race will take place on Thanksgiving morning. It starts at the Memorial Building at 8 a.m. and ends at the Memorial Building. Some roads will be impacted by the race.

Framingham High School will travel to Natick High for the annual Thanksgiving game at 10 a.m.

The Memorial Building will be open until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27 and will re-open on Monday, December 2.

The Framingham Public Libraries will close at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27 and will re-open on Saturday.
