UPDATED: Framingham Mayor Sisitsky To Host 8 District Meeting on August 27

FRAMINGHAM – City of Framingham Mayor Charlie Sisitsky will hold a District 8 meeting at Loring Arena on Tuesday, August 27 from 7 to 8 p.m.

The Mayor announced in January, that he would hold 9 District meetings in 2024. He has held meetings in Districts 9, 6, 5, 4 and 7.

“I have enjoyed visiting several of the City’s neighborhoods thus far. I have heard about speeding issues, noise and parking issues and the need for more pickleball courts and splash pads in the City. I have learned something new from residents at each of these valuable meetings,” said Mayor Charlie Sisitsky.

Mayor Sisitsky has invited District 8 Councilor Leslie White Harvey and District 8 School Committee member Jessica Barnhill to join him at the meeting.

The Mayor will also be bringing representatives from Police, Fire, DPW, Parks & Recreation, and Planning departments to the meeting to help answer questions from residents.

Attendees should feel comfortable to voice their concerns, issues, and ideas.

Translation in Spanish & Portuguese will be provided at the meeting
