City of Framingham Parks & Recreation Registration Platform Down
FRAMINGHAM — The City of Framingham Parks & Recreation registration platform (myrec.com) has been down for more than 24 hours, and the vendor does not have an estimated time for its return.
MyRec.com reported an outage on Thursday, August 22, at 6:19 a.m.
The platform’s emergency support team was alerted to a system-wide outage. An unexpected server issue caused this outage, said Myrec.com
Yesterday at 10 a.m. EST, myrec.com said its “IT team is working towards restoring the servers to full functionality. While they have not provided an ETA, please know we are doing everything possible to get your site back up and running as expected.”
The latest update at 6:11 a.m. EST today, August 23, from myrec.com still has the site down.
The City of Framingham apologizes for the inconvenience and will update residents when the site is back up and working.
