Framingham Library Wants Your Feedback As Part of Website Redesign
FRAMINGHAM - The Framingham Public Library is beginning the process of redesigning its website.
The Library is launching a survey to get feedback on the website and how patrons interact with it.
The City’s public library is inviting all community members to participate and share their thoughts on what features and improvements they would like to see included in a new redesigned website.
The survey aims to understand the needs and preferences of its diverse user base, ensuring that the new website will be more user-friendly and accessible.
Library Head of Technology Experience Dave DiGuardia said, “The current iteration of the website was built and launched a decade ago. This redesign gives us the opportunity to implement new protocols and standards that will make the site easier to navigate for patrons and will also enable staff to keep the site updated more efficiently.”
Library Director Dawn Dellasanta said “Our goal is to build a website that truly reflects the needs and interests of our patrons. We are committed to making the Framingham Public Library's online presence as welcoming and effective as our physical spaces."
Patrons can access the survey on the City’s website and through a link on the Library’s website.
