Mayor Sisitsky To Hold District 4 Meeting on Wednesday, May 22

 

FRAMINGHAM – City of Framingham Mayor Charlie Sisitsky will hold his District 4 meeting on Wednesday, May 22

 

The Mayor has committed to holding 9 District meetings in 2024, in each of the City’s 9 Districts.

 

The District 4 meeting will be held at the auditorium at the former Juniper Hill Elementary School, which now houses the Framingham Public School District’s BLOCKS program.

 

All in the District are invited to attend. Attendees should feel comfortable to voice their concerns, issues, and ideas. 

The Mayor has invited District 4 City Councilor Michael Cannon and District 4 School Committee member Adam Freudberg to attend the meeting with him.

 

Mayor Sisitsky also is bringing several division heads, including Police and Public Works, to the meeting to answers questions from residents.

 

“My hope is that community engagement forums like these District meetings will lead to improved outcomes for neighborhoods and more residents will get involved in the vision and decision-making of their District, and the City as a whole,” said Mayor Sisitsky. “I also hope these meetings identify ways to establish partnerships between the government and residents, on a path to create a greater sense of community ownership and an improved services tailored to the unique needs of the neighborhood.”
