Youth Academy Registration & Waiver Form

  1. Framingham Youth Police Academy

    REGISTRATION FORM

Please complete and return this application and the Parental Consent and Release Form by June 15, 2025.

APPLICATIONS WITHOUT THE PARENTAL CONSENT RELEASE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Admission to the Framingham Youth Police Academy is open to Framingham residents, students within the Framingham & Keefe Tech School Districts, and immediate family members of the Framingham Police Department.

Students will be eligible if they enter the 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grades in Fall 2025 and will not turn 18 before August 1, 2025.

Admission will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The program is free. Many families take vacations during the summer months, and applicants must be available for the entire week. We expect the class to fill rapidly, so only applicants willing to commit to the entire program will be considered.

The 2025 Framingham Youth Police Academy is scheduled between July 28 and August 1, with graduation on Friday, August 1, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. at Loring Arena.

  2. For students accepted to the Youth Academy, there will be a meeting for parents and students on Thursday, July 25, 2025, at 6 PM.

This meeting is tentatively scheduled to be held at Framingham City Hall in Nevins Hall. It will explain the course curriculum, uniform issue, and Youth Academy Rules and Regulations.

Further information will be added on the Framingham Police Department’s Facebook Page, X, and other media outlets. During the registration period, parents whose students are accepted will be contacted on a rolling basis.
