Can I submit an anonymous tip to the Framingham Police?

To submit an anonymous crime tip by phone, please call 508-532-5900 and leave a message on our 24-hour Anonymous Crime Tip Hotline.

This is a mechanism for citizens to provide investigators with information relating to crimes, suspicious activity and illicit drug use and distribution, as well as other issues.

When a citizen calls 508-532-5900, he or she will leave a message in a voicemail. Please explain the activity in as much detail as possible as you can. You do not have to provide your name, address or telephone number. All information is kept strictly confidential. 

The anonymous tip line is NOT monitored 24/7 and should NOT be used to report crimes.

Please remember that this tip line is not a replacement for 9-1-1. If you witness an emergency, please call 9-1-1 immediately.

To submit an anonymous crime tip through the website, click  Submit a Crime Tip and fill out the form. You may also click the Submit a Crime Tip link next to our Badge.
