Alcohol Management IDs require an application through the City of Framingham OpenGov Portal: https://framinghamma.portal.opengov.com/categories/1080/record-types/1006427

All managers and assistant managers must be familiar with the City of Framingham’s Rules and Regulations Governing Alcoholic Beverages, which can be found on the City of Framingham website, as well as Chapter 138 of MA General Laws. Failure to provide proof of alcohol training will prevent you from obtaining an ALCOHOL MANAGEMENT IDENTIFICATION CARD.
