Project Status: Completed 2021
The purpose of the Lower Walsh Field Improvement Project was to renovate the current track and field at the Walsh Middle School Lower Athletic Complex, located at 301 Brook Street, Framingham, Ma 01701. This project included removal of the current track, replacing it with a smaller walking pathway; removal and capping of current drainage structures within the center playing field below grade; installation of a new natural turf field within the center area of the track; installation of irrigation system to all areas shown in site plans; and overall stormwater drainage improvements.
