The Open Burning Season begins January 15 and runs through May 1, 2026. Individuals must apply for an open burning permit on the specific day they plan to burn.
Permits are issued daily between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. and may be obtained online by visiting: http://webapps.framinghamma.gov/forms/OpenBurning.
Permits may also be obtained by calling the Open Burning Permit Line at 508-532-5942 during the same hours.
