Firefighter's Memorial Foundation

Framingham Firefighter Memorial Foundation

The Framingham Fire Department has had a long tradition of honoring those who came before us, especially those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty, and those who lost the battle with occupational illnesses. The Framingham Firefighter Memorial Trust, a 501(c)3 non-profit, was created to help keep their memories alive.

We are currently designing a memorial area to be constructed on the grounds of the Fire Department Headquarters at 10 Loring Drive. The Memorial will consist of a 7-ft tall bronze statue of a firefighter alongside a beautiful granite wall that will list the names of those who gave their lives to the City of Framingham, as well as an area to recognize past members.

There will also be an area to honor those who gave their lives in major firefighting events across the country such as 9/11, the Worcester Cold Storage Fire, the Charleston 9, and the Boston Vendome Fire.

We are asking for monetary donations to help see this memorial become a reality. Please see the donation form (PDF) for varying levels of support.

On behalf of the Officers and Members of the Framingham Fire Department and their families, we thank you for your donation.

All donations are tax deductible!
