ABOUT THE EVENT:
The City of Framingham's annual Spooktacular event opens City Hall to trick-or-treaters in late October. Parents are encouraged to bring their little ones trick-or-treating, in costume, to City Hall. Each department in City Hall will have a decorated office and trick-or-treaters are welcome to span the building to collect candy.
In addition to trick-or-treating in different departments, Nevin’s Hall (within City Hall) will be open for children's activities. There will also be a performance by the Framingham Public Library staff, an ongoing showing of “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown”, and free popcorn! The Framingham Public Library’s decorated Boo(k)-Mobile will also be outside, adjacent to City Hall on Union Ave for trick-or-treaters to visit.
