NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing to hear public input on the proposed Fiscal Year 2027 CIP (Capital Improvement Program) Budget will be held by the City of Framingham at the City Council Meeting, and in accordance with the Home Rule Charter, Article VI, Section 5 on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 beginning at 7:00 PM, in the Blumer Room at the Framingham Memorial Building, 150 Concord St., Framingham, MA. To attend via Zoom, utilize the Zoom information posted at the top of the City Council 3/3/2026 Meeting agenda found in the City’s Public Meeting Portal 48 hours in advance of the meeting.

PURCHASE OF PROPERTY AND BUILDING 97 FRANKLIN STREET

 A public hearing to hear public input on the proposed purchase of property and building at 97 Franklin Street and amending Order No 2024-035-001, adopted by the City Council on June 4, 2024, to allow for the purchase of property and building located at 97 Franklin Street, Framingham, MA, including the payment of costs incidental or related thereto, instead of the purchase of 196-200 Concord Street, and to allow for appropriation for the design of the Fuller Building Rooftop Solar Project, will be held by the City of Framingham City Council, and in accordance with the Home Rule Charter, Article VI, Section 6 on Tuesday March 3, 2026, beginning at 7:00PM The meeting will be held both remotely and in person in the Blumer Room at Framingham City Hall, 150 Concord Street, Framingham, MA.
