Per Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 55 Campaign Finance Law, the City Clerk is required to post any campaign finance report on the City’s website if the report discloses activity (receipts, expenditures, or liabilities) of $1,000 or more during a reporting period.
Note: Mayoral and City Council (as of 2018) candidates do not file campaign finance reports with the City Clerk's Office and reports will not appear on the City's website. Mayoral and City Council candidates file campaign finance reports with the Office of Campaign and Political Finance.
