Mission

The mission of the Framingham Division of Public Health is to equitably protect and promote the health of the diverse populations that live, learn, work, and Play in the City of Framingham.

Important News 

Syringes can be disposed at the following two locations:

  • Framingham Public Health Department located at 188 Concord Street. 
  • Hours of Operation: M, W, Th: 8:30-5:00pm; Tue: 8:30-7:00pm; Fri: 8:30-12:30pm. 
  • The kiosk is located in the main lobby. Street and lot parking are available. Please be mindful of the restricted parking signs.
  • Framingham Recycling Drop-Off Center located at 255 Mount Wayte Avenue. 
Thursday8 a.m. - 3 p.m. (Recycling Only)
Friday8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Saturday8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Sunday11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Coming Soon - Syringe disposal will be available at the Edward Kennedy Community Health Center located at 354 Waverly Street, Framingham.  Call the center at 508-370-0113 before making a visit. 

The syringe kiosks are for the disposal of individuals syringes, not for businesses.
