STEP ONE
- Review Inspectional Services Checklist which outlines application and approval process in accordance with City Council Order 2021-089-003a adds Section II G.1. Restaurant Outdoor Dining Regulations to Zoning Ordinance allowing permanent outdoor seating.
- Submit Application to Amend an Existing Building Permit to Inspectional Services. If approved, application must be approved by the Board of License Commissioners at a duly posted meeting. If approved...
STEP TWO
- Complete & Submit Common Victualer License Application & if applicable,
Framingham Liquor License Amendment Application and ABCC Alteration of Premises Application to Licensing Office.
To have outdoor entertainment, complete and submit appropriate applications with a diagram showing location of entertainment. To have entertainment on any weekday or Saturday or amend existing Entertainment License, complete and submit Entertainment, Show, Amusement Application. For Entertainment on any Sunday, complete and submit Public Entertainment on Sunday Application.
