The building permit fee schedule is effective April 1, 2008, approved by the Board of Selectmen on February 19, 2008. All building permit fees are based on the actual or fair cost of construction. If necessary, the department will use RS Means Square Foot cost estimates (available in the office).
Work Started Without a Permit
Work started without required permit is double building permit fee.
