Professional Aquatic Staffing of Public Beaches 

The City of Framingham (“City”), acting through the Mayor, the Awarding Authority is soliciting seal proposals from qualified firms to provide Professional Aquatic Staffing Services to the City’s Public Beaches. Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet portal on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 after 10:00 AM: www.bidnetdirect.com//cityofframingham Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet portal system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive. 

Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM. 

****** A non-mandatory site visit will be held: Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 2:00 pm. Site visit will begin at the Waushakum Beach facility at 2:00 p.m., followed by Learned Pond Park Beach and Saxonville Beach. Interested parties will then proceed by means of their own transportation. 

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so
