INVITATION FOR BIDS

IFB # 9025 – Tree Pruning Services

The City of Framingham (‘City), acting through the Mayor, the Awarding Authority is accepting bid proposals for Tree Pruning Services for City Parks, including labor and equipment, removing and disposing of trimmings/waste, and associated dumping fees. One member of assigned crew must hold current Certified Arborist Designation, either holding an MCA or ISA Title in good standing to be included with the submitted bid document. The City anticipates awarding a three-year contract. 

Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet  portal on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 after 10:00 AM:

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet portal system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.  

Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 10:00 AM.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
