  • Monday -8:30 am - 9:30 am and 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday 8:30 am - 9:30 am and 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Wednesday 8:30 am - 9:30 am and 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
  • Thursday 8:30 am - 9:30 am and 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
  • Friday 8:30 am - 9:30 am

If the vaccinations are for a person under 18 years of age, they need a vaccine request form from the school, and must be accompanied by a parent or relative.
