Since Wednesday, Ten Residents have Tested Positive, & 153* More have Recovered from COVID-19; 
Community Hour Tuesday, June 1, at 5 p.m. – Closing out the Fiscal Year, a Recap; 
Memorial Building & other Non-Essential Municipal Buildings Closed Monday for Memorial Day; 
State's Project Beacon Drive-through Testing Site - 123 Maple Street, Framingham State University Commuter Lot - will be Open 8 a.m.-4 p.m. for COVID-19 Testing Monday, and the Walk-up Testing Site will at Saint Tarcisius Parish - 562 Waverly Street – will be Closed; 
Next COVID-19 Release to be Issued Monday

  • Since Wednesday, ten residents have tested positive, and 153* more have recovered from COVID-19: The number of people in the City who have tested positive for COVID-19 is 8,303. With 6,920 recovered and 245 fatalities, Framingham currently has 1,138* active cases. The Framingham Health Department contacts the people who were potentially exposed and the owners of the businesses or places of employment where the potential exposures occurred to inform and counsel them on next steps (contact tracing). In addition to the active cases, the Health Department is following 530 residents in quarantine. 

    *Note: The City’s COVID team is working in the State’s data system to move lapsed or pending cases into the correct status.

  • Community Hour Tuesday, June 1, at 5 p.m. – Closing out the fiscal year, a recap: Join Mayor Yvonne M. Spicer and Chief Financial Officer Mary Ellen Kelley to discuss a recap of this current fiscal year as we close it out and head into the next. Attendees will be able to pose questions during the hour via Zoom's Chat function. If you cannot attend and have questions, please email with the subject line: June 1 Community Hour.
