    Districts 6,7,8, and 9 (Agenda) 7:00 to 7:20 - Opening Statements: Each City Councilor will have 5 minutes to speak about their view on our District political situation and organizational needs, on the potential of a District Association, and anything else they choose. 7:20 to 7:40 - Guest Speakers: • Mayor Yvonne Spicer (5 mins) • City Councilor at Large Cheryl Tully Stoll (3 mins) • State Rep. Jack Lewis (3 mins) • Park and Recreations Director: a brief overview of our districts’ Parks and this year’s projects (5 mins) • Framingham Chief of Police (or other representative the Framingham Police Department): an update about how the Police Department is servicing our residential areas (4 mins) 7:40 to 8:20 - Public Participation: questions, statements, and volunteers for each district to form a work group to organize the Districts Association. 8:20 to 8:40 - Closing remarks.
