The theme of this year’s contest is “city” recognizing that Framingham is the Commonwealth’s newest city All submissions draw inspiration from or respond to this theme in some way. The submissions must be new and original and not copies or reinterpretations of works by others nor have been submitted or exhibited previously. The students must be age 11-18 as of January 1, 2018.

The Framingham Union Aid Association, announces the recipients of their 2018 grants program with awards to the following MetroWest organizations: A Place To Turn, Bethany Hill Place, Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest, Family Promise Metrowest, Framingham Food Pantry, Framingham School Department’s Resiliency for Life, The Gluten-Free Food Bank, Golden Tones, Holliston Fire Department, Hoops and Homework, Jewish Family Service of Metrowest, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, The John Andrew Mazie Foundation, MetroWest Free Medical Program, MetroWest YMCA, Ovations for the Cure of Ovarian Cancer, Project Just Because, and Saint Vincent de Paul Society @ St. Matthias Church.
