FRAMINGHAM, MA – Framingham Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Affairs will be holding a neighborhood meeting to discuss the future of Mary Dennison Park improvements. All are welcome to join us for an open discussion on the current conceptual design for a neighborhood park on May 12, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (rain or shine) at Mary Dennison Park on Beaver Street. Children’s activities will be provided and snacks will be served.
Framingham officials have been working collaboratively with Avery Dennison Corporation and the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection to determine appropriate cleanup and address environmental issues at the park. The Framingham Health Department will attend to answer questions concerning the environmental work.
The May 12th meeting is your opportunity to review the most current conceptual park design, learn how the design affects the remediation of the park, and the timeline for the next phase of the project.
