"This is a very sad day. The Town of Framingham extends our sincerest condolences to the Suau family upon learning of the death of Framingham’s own superhero Devin. Devin taught us how to live each day to its fullest, to fight obstacles with dignity, and how to rally together and be our best selves to help someone else.
Even at the age of six, Devin made a permanent mark on this world, our community and in each of our hearts.
Hopefully, those of us in Devin’s Army will be able to support each other through this difficult time the same way that we supported Devin and his family.
The Framingham Public Schools are offering counseling and support to students and teachers to help anyone who needs assistance coping with this tragedy.
Devin taught us how to pull together to work for something good. That’s a tremendous legacy for anyone, let alone a six year-old.
Hug your kids extra hard tonight. You both probably need it.”
