Framingham Police Respond to an Incident in the

Farm Pond Parking Area at the Entrance to Cushing Memorial Park



At 10:55 a.m. today (Wednesday, May 17, 2017) the Framingham Police responded to a report of a person bleeding from the head at the Farm Pond Parking area located at 55 Dudley Road at the entrance to Cushing Memorial Park. The Framingham Police Department responded to the area, locating the victim, tended to his injury and call for an ambulance. The victim of the assault reported that the assailant was person known to him; and that the assailant pulled a gun on him and struck him in the head causing the injury.

Framingham Police Officers searched the area and located the suspect’s vehicle, as well as three (3) assailants involved in the incident. All three (3) assailants were arrested in connection with the assault.  Framingham Police Officers conducted an additional search and located the starter-pistol, which has been identified as the weapon used in the assault.

Both the victim and assailants knew each other, planned to meet at this location and there is no threat or risk to the public.
