ADA Self Evaluation & Transition Plan


At the 2005 Annual Town Meeting it was unanimously voted to appropriate funds to conduct an accessibility self-evaluation of:
  • City and School Buildings
  • Programs
  • Services
From that survey, a transition plan will be created which will allow the city to better address deficiencies in these areas.

The City (town at the time) contracted with David Lieb of LIEBSTUDIOS to conduct the self-evaluation and prepare the transition plan.

The completion of these tasks will help the town to satisfy the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

  • Phase 3 - Memorial Building
  • Phase 4 - Historic Structures, Public Library Facilities, and Leased Facilities
